Most of this website is nonsense. Don't get me wrong, I love it. We post pictures from our various adventures or parties we attended, people we love or love to laugh at, things we eat, objects we see, etc., etc. But every once and a while we have to get serious. One of my favorite girls in the world needs some help. Bien Dobui is a good friend, a sweetheart from SJ/SF, with endless amounts of love and kindness to share. Due to unimaginable circumstances, her father Cong Thanh Do is right now wrongfully imprisoned in Vietnam. He's a Vietnamese-American with a pro-democracy background and was arrested while visiting Vietnam last month. He's on hunger strike until he is freed. Bien is currently in Washington doing everything she can to persaude the Senate to help right this wrong. We can help by visiting FreeCongDo.org and signing the petition and reading the information to better educate ourselves on the atrocities of human rights.

The photo above is Bien as photographed by Danilo. I imagine that this is what she must be feeling like a lot right now. The banner was submitted by Molnar, a master of MS Paint, and is the first banner submission. Hopefully not the last. Molnar keeps it silly, but we need to keep it real.
